Al's belief in a green renewable product that is friendly towards the environment and proactive towards science based wildlife management. We're living in a world where we have to utilize our natural and replenishable resources to the best of our abilities rather than creating faux fur made from nylon; an oil derivative.
Real fur is "sustainable"
Myth: Today's synthetics can be substituted for fur.
Fact: Synthetics are nylon; made from petroleum products which are non-renewable resources and are not biodegradable.
Fact: Nylon takes approximately 10,000 years to disintegrate in a landfill.

From an environmental perspective, as long as hunting and trapping are well regulated by professional wildlife biologists, it is far preferable to use natural fur. Fur is renewable, long lasting and extremely biodegradable, and it is much warmer than any petroleum based nylon faux fur.
For thousands of years furs have been used and enjoyed for their warmth, beauty and durability.
